About kurotana
kurotana was born out of a personal need. My wife and I are collectors — we've traveled to Japan multiple times hunting for figures, only to find ourselves scrolling through messy spreadsheets in Akihabara trying to remember what we already own, what we're looking for, and what's worth the price.
The existing tools felt like they were designed before we were in high school. We wanted something modern — a platform where you can track your collection's value, manage pre-orders without spreadsheets, avoid buying duplicates, and share your shelf with friends and the community.
So we built it. kurotana.gg is made by collectors, for collectors — a premium dark-themed experience that treats your collection the way it deserves to be treated.
